Copper Purity Range
We can offer both sulfide and oxide ores with Copper purity ranging from 5% to 35%
Copper Mining 2020
Copper is often found as compounds in ores. An ore is a rock or mineral that has enough copper in it to make it worth extracting.
The primary ores of copper are sulfides and oxides. From their chemical formulas, you can compute the level of copper in every mineral. Anyway, this isn’t equivalent to the percentage of copper in the ore as that also contains undesirable silicates and different minerals, called gangue, that should be separated.
Copper Extraction Process
Copper extraction alludes to the techniques used to acquire copper from its ores. The conversion of copper consists of a series of physical and electrochemical procedures. Techniques have developed and differ with the country relying upon the ore source, local environmental guidelines, and different elements.
As in all mining tasks, the ore should for the most part be beneficiated (concentrated). The preparation procedures rely upon the idea of the ore. If the ore is primarily sulfide copper minerals, (for example, chalcopyrite), the ore is squashed and ground to free the significant minerals from the waste (‘gangue’) minerals. It is then concentrated using mineral flotation.
